I'm an operations leader turning strategy into disciplined execution and organizational transformation at scale. For 15+ years, I've served as a pragmatic, hands-on operational partner to senior leadership across Tech and Retail, launching new business lines, scaling organizations, and building the operating systems and cross-functional alignment that let high-growth teams move fast and deliver.
